Booking Requests

Submitting a party request does not guarantee a reservation. A member of the Velvet Rebellion team will contact you to confirm availability and event details.

Host Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for providing an appropriate venue and ensuring all attendees meet any applicable age requirements.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Life happens, and we understand that plans can change.

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your event.

Events canceled with little notice may impact future booking availability.

Guest Purchases

Guests are never required to make a purchase. Velvet Rebellion parties are designed to be welcoming, educational, and enjoyable regardless of whether guests choose to shop.

Service Area

Private parties are currently available throughout portions of Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland. Additional travel fees may apply for certain locations.
